The lovely people I know gave me a somewhat cookery themed christmas this year.

Along with the lovely (and heavy) rolling pin, whisk with ducks on, and brilliant grater, I was given a great book on chocolates, which I am looking forward to making. I’m already considering how I will ignore the recipes and make up my own, which I will share on here, of course.

I am looking forward to learning how to use my shiny new cooking thermometer, as I usually just make it out as I go along.

I’ve got some Christmas updates to put up soon. I know it’s a bit late, but they’ll still be as good next year!
